10 Days - The green and dry savannah Day 1: Masai Mara At 7:30 am, depart for Masai Mara with a stopover at the viewpoint to have a panoramic view of the gorgeous sceneries weather permitting arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an evening game drive in the rollinggrass of mara. Overnight stay at Mara Simba Lodge. F/B Day 2: Masai Mara Have an extensive morning and evening game drives in this land of breathtaking, where everything is big, with a panorama of vast rolling plains, rounded hills of intermittent groves of acacia woodland and dense thickets of scrub. Overnight at Mara Simba Lodge. F/B Day 3: Mara- Kericho Say "kwaheri" to the Masai people and depart for Kericho arriving at the hotel in time for lunch. Enjoy visiting lush green carpet of tea bushes, and plantations that makes the area look beautiful. Overnight stay in a hotel. F/B Day 4: Kericho-Nakuru Check out of the hotel for the pink lake arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive with a visit to the lake to have a view of millions migratory birds (Flamingoes) that gives the lake a beautiful plumage. Overnight stay at Lake Nakuru lodge. F/B Day 5 & 6: Nakuru-Samburu Drive northwards to Samburu land crossing the Equator to the semi arid area that has rare and endemic species that makes the area unique. Enjoy game drives and a visit to the Samburu village. Overnight stay Samburu lodge . F/B Day 7: Samburu-Mt Kenya Leave for Mt. Kenya after breakfast arriving in time for lunch with a visit to the Mau Mau caves (where freedom fighters used to hide during the colonial war) in the afternoon and a nearby village. Overnight and dinner at Mt Kenya safari club or Mountain Rock Lodge. F/B Day 8 & 9: Amboseli Depart for Amboseli National park via Nairobi where you will have lunch at the Carnivore restaurant (One of the top 50 restaurants in the world). Arrive at the lodge late evening with a game drive enroute. Search for the big game and enjoy viewing the mighty Kilimanjaro with the Highest point in Africa. Dinner and overnight stay at Ol Tukai Lodge. F/B Day 10: Nairobi After breakfast, depart for Nairobi with a game drive en-route arriving in time for lunch. Continue after lunch for a city tour where you will visit the colorful City market, Parliament Buildings, the Railway, Museum and the renowned National Museum where there are spellbinding displays of an early man, tribal regalia and flora and fauna of Kenya, and a visit to the adjacent snake park. Return to Nairobi in the evening or transfer to the airport.
